i just noticed that i need a floor thickness is the sections, is there anything else that is hard to understand?

  1. they look really good, and read pretty clearly.

i think the only thing to make it a little clearer would perhaps be to label the elevations (?) ..pretty minor.

    great drawings!

  2. hey evie, they do look really good! colours and line thickness' are working really well too. i find it's very clear and they are not looking flat (as my drawings always tend to be!).
just something small, I know yours is on water at the edge and you don't really get this from the drawings, and you can't distinguish between where the land and water is. maybe some cross hatching? or some way to show this.

  4. Excellent Evie - I think my comments relate more to what you are trying to show with each drawing and how they read as a set. The lineweights and presentation quality is terrific. So...I think with at least one of the sections or elevations you should try to show a little more of the context. If it is about watching the birdlife of the wetlands, perhaps show more of the landscape and some of the birds!! This also will provide a sense of different scales of fauna. Perhaps you even provide an idea of where adjacent buildings sit within your scheme - particularly the trainline. I know this can be difficult with consistent scales, but it is worth thinking about.
