Andrew, so i did another 'quick and dirty' model (as you would say), with one surface as the hill. The architecture would pop out a little, doubling as spots to sit on, these bits would be very Ando like, in that they are precise cuts into the landscape. and you would see that tension between the linear edges of the building and the angled hill. Is that on a better track?Lauren

ReplyDeleteHi Lauren - there's much better clarity in this model - great! - now you need to think sbout how you get light into such a deep floor plate that is underground! It would also help to model some of the context - particularly the ground planes adjacent to the rail line and around the perimeter of the building
